“My coaching philosophy is simple. Every athlete is an individual. Training needs to be customized to meet the athletes abilities and goals. My job is to understand what these are, and to design a program to guide them to success. To do this, I need to motivate, encourage consistent and focused training, and insist on an athlete/coach relationship built on communication and trust.”
