Coaching with Team JAC
What is included:
Cost: $225/month
Custom Training Schedule – your coach will custom plan your training according to your goals, time commitments, and fitness level. The training plan will be delivered in 2-3 week blocks to ensure an ongoing assessment of progress and development.
Training Peaks Account – you will be set up on a Premium Training Peaks account where you will access your training calendar. You will also be able to download your workouts from your compatible devices, your coach will be notified by email and will review your workouts and data daily and provide feedback (if necessary)
Communication – includes unlimited, athlete initiated phone/video call and unlimited, athlete initiated emails and texts to discuss your plan. Communication is the cornerstone of your training progress and is encouraged. We can coach you better the more we know about how the program is working for you!
Goal Setting – you and your coach will discuss your short and long term goals. Analyze whether there are opportunities to work on weaknesses and how to build a plan for improvement in your schedule.
Race Planning – your coach will help you choose B and C races that will prepare you optimally for your goal event.
Racing Strategies and Post Race Analysis – you and your coach will discuss your plan for each race such as pacing strategies, tapering, nutrition, mental preparedness, and travel considerations. Post race you will discuss what went well and what can be added to your training or preparation for more success in future races.
Three weekly Zoom/Zwift rides (fall, winter, spring) join your coach on Zoom and/or Zwift for coach instructed interval and strength building rides on Tuesday mornings, Thursday evenings, and a social Saturday morning ride! This is a great opportunity to learn bike skills and training processes while having fun and working hard!

Nutritional Support – your coach will monitor your nutrition intake throughout your plan. They will look at calorie and macro nutrient intake to ensure you are fueling properly for your training load and race distances.
Swim Analysis - either in person or from video, swim technique analysis can be done upon request at no extra charge.
